Here's an overview of the job description:Job Overview:The firm is seeking a junior mid-level energy And Infrastructure Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and major law firm experience. Membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar is preferred.Duties:Provide legal support and advice on energy and infrastructure project finance matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.Assist with due diligence and transactional work related to mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on various legal matters and projects.Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and court proceedings as necessary.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions.Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar is preferred.Experience working in a major law firm environment is highly desirable.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Membership in the California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C.
