Job description The Well is a growing non-profit in Norfolk, Nebraska that was established in 1991. Our services provide mental-health, and addiction recovery services to Northeast Nebraskans. Our services are expanding, as is our growing team member roster. We are excited to be expanding to the Columbus, Nebraska area! Job description We are growing and in search of an Outpatient Counselor. We're looking for dynamic counselors that are driven to provide exemplary services to the consumers we serve! We are thrilled to be able to offer the opportunity for our counselors to be trained in PCIT, EMDR, DBT, IAEDP, HeartMath and Neurofeedback over the next three years thanks to a generous ARPA grant!We are strong believers in the importance of work/life balance and offer paid paternity/maternity leave benefits, compensation time, and paid holidays. Qualifications: Must be licensed as a counselor in Nebraska or be eligible to obtain licensure; (P)LMHP, LIMHP, and/or (P)LADC. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will conduct individual sessions and assessments within the scope of your counseling license. You may also be responsible for group and/or Intensive Outpatient coverage when needed.Outpatient counselors are expected to have between 23 and 26 direct service hours each week. Required documentation includes SUD/MH assessments, individual session notes, group session notes, treatment plans, aftercare plans, and discharge plans.The WELL provides extensive training in personality disorders, trauma, and DBT to give you the tools that you need to be an amazing residential counselor!Benefits: Full-Time Team Members are eligible for; Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance: The Well pays 75% of the employee premium and 60% of any elected spouse/dependent premium. The Well contributes up to $2,000 annually toward the employee’s HSA account. Dental and Vision Insurance: The Well pays 95% of the employee and family premium. Basic Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment for $15,000 coverage paid by The Well. Matching SIMPLE IRA Contributions, Dependent Care Cafeteria Plan, and Voluntary Insurance Policies are available! 9 Paid Holidays Generous Vacation and Sick Leave Bereavement Leave for the loss of family members and close friends.
