Job Description: We are currently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Data Entry Clerk with Accounts Payable Responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while also assisting with accounts payable tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills who is looking to gain experience in accounts payable in a temporary capacity. Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inputting invoices, expenses, and other financial data into our systems. Assist with accounts payable functions, such as processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies as needed. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes. Collaborate with team members to support the overall efficiency of the finance department. Requirements: Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software. Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and principles is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
