Based in North London, this position would be ideal for an established executive level operator. The business operates a casual family restaurant concept with a reputation for great produce, style, and excellent food. Consequently, the business is looking for an individual with in-depth, casual dining knowledge from restaurants and an understanding of franchise partnerships. Skill Set required: Experience of the casual dining Strong understanding of openings, acquisitions and re branding projects Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who will lead it as their own. Strong leadership of Head of Department – HR, Legal, Property, Finance etc Can foster a strong people culture. Passion for food and drink – this is a prerequisite. Franchise partnershipinteractioncellent proven experience in a business going through growth or change. Significant experience in a business with responsibility of turnover exceeding £50 million Key Objectives of the role of COO: To lead, support and develop the current operation in line with the Brand culture and vision. You will align with and lead the Senior Leadership Team working collaboratively on existing and future business goals. To assist the Founder in identifying suitable locations and acquisitions for expansion of the brand, acting as a Project Manager for new locations when required they have 5 new sites ear marked. Assume ownership and manage relationships with key members of the Senior Leadership Team Ideally have experience around the HR/People side of the business – culture is paramount to the operation.
