Qualifications:• Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.• Genuine desire to help clients achieve their real estate goals.• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.• High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.• Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new technologies.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.• Real Estate License required.
