We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. If you have a strong background as construction superintendent and possess excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Oversee the construction schedule and ensure timely completion of all tasks - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary - Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards - Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction - Utilize construction management software to track project milestones, monitor submittal processing, send RFI's, and create daily journalsSkills: - Willingness to enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Proven experience supervising construction projects from start to finish. Minimum 5 years - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a teamJoin our team as a Construction Superintendent and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects.
