The Key Responsibilities: Routing of invoices, ensuring correct approvals and verifying pricing and details are accurate Scanning and posting invoices within the relevant systems accurately and timely. Reconciling AP statements and following up with vendors for missing or incorrect invoices and credits. Preparing payments in accordance with company policies. Organizing and filing financial paperwork and documents to ensure compliance. Regular liaison with vendors, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner. Helping other departments when needed. Perform other related duties as directed or as the situation dictates. The Model Qualifications: Must understand basic accounting principles and have a combination of education, training or experience that provides the required accounting knowledge, skills, and abilities.
