This reputation is only possible with an individual who is passionate and dedicated to offering world class cookies and raving fan experiences, believing in the impossible, serving their team and customers, and having a strong desire to grow and learn.Duties- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations- Have excellent customer service skills- Package finished products for display or delivery- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking suppliesQualifications:- Previous experience in a customer service industry is preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs- Strong customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking orders- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy kitchen environmentNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
