In this role, you will help promote new user growth through our paid search channel. As part of the digital marketing team, you'll work closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to learn and assist with paid search marketing efforts across our consumer brands: Southwest Vacations, CheapCaribbean Vacations, Apple Vacations, BeachBound Vacations, Funjet Vacations, and United Vacations. We are looking for a candidate who is excited to learn and manage paid search marketing. You'll have a background in mathematics, engineering, finance or analytics, a strong aptitude for numbers, and the ability to communicate with Senior Leadership on paid search performance. A successful Senior Paid Search Analyst will: Work with Director of Marketing on paid search management and analytics. Perform day to day paid search marketing activities. Help manage paid search for all 6 direct to consumer brands. Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, reports, and dashboards. Analyze performance data for paid search and other channels. Provide insights and recommend tactics based on data. Work with Director of Marketing and agency partner to learn and manage paid search. Collaborate and coordinate marketing efforts across other marketing disciplines. Develop and manage web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, providing insights on key areas of importance/opportunity. Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values. A successful Senior Paid Search Analyst will have: BA/BS degree in mathematics, engineering, finance or analytics is required. Background in mathematics, engineering, finance or analytics. Strong aptitude for numbers and analytical mindset. Desire to learn marketing and paid search. Personality that desires to win on a daily basis. Ability to think outside the box. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to peers and executive leadership. BI platforms (Google Data Studio, Power BI), preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Search Ads 360 or other paid search management platform preferred. Google Analytics preferred. Ability to travel as needed (15-25% of time).
