General Accountability: This position is responsible for the processing of fuel sales transactions for the Energy Division. Reports To: Supervisor, Accounting - Energy Location: Central Office, 105 Silvercreek Parkway North, Guelph, Ontario Specific Accountabilities 1. Process truck reports, on a daily basis in an accurate and timely manner. Contact branch office Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for any missing documentation and/or other related issues. 2. Process truck loading report. 3. Code and match supplier invoices for related receipt vouchers. 4. Process commercial energy delivery billings. 5. Daily posting of system billings 6. All other duties as assigned. Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each specific accountability satisfactorily.
