Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Mammography Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff JOB SUMMARY The Mammography Technologist is registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and is responsible for correctly utilizing mammography, Stereotactic, bone density equipment and the Pen Rad system. The Mammography Technologist reports to the Manager of Imaging Services, the Director of Imaging Services and Womancare and the Vice President of Regional Operations. This position ensures compliance to all Regulatory Requirements for MQSA, ACR and TJC. This position performs daily, monthly and annual quality control and maintains continual readiness for regulatory surveys.
