Remarkable People, Remarkable Healthcare About the Position The LPN at Meadville Medical Center will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical functions within hospice care at Marquette Hospice House to provide excellent service to patients and families. This may include assisting in the facilitation of smooth patient transition, greeting guests and their families courteously, and administer medication to guests as part of their plan of care. You will also aid managing the medication box and medication audits, answer phone calls, and provide assistance with all ADLs. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care to guests (hospice patients) living in the home Administer medications to guests as part of their plan of care Provide all identified needs of guests under the direct supervision of the Hospice RN operating under physician orders Maintain responsibility for patient and equipment safety About Meadville Medical Center Meadville Medical Center is dedicated to serving our community with excellence, dedication, and care.
