Landscape Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Laborer who will be responsible for providing a wide range of landscaping services, including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and other landscaping tasks. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Landscape Laborer Duties and Responsibilities Follow written and verbal instructions from the employer Mow, edge, and trim turf areas, using powered and hand tools. Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges Plant, cultivate, and maintain vegetation such as flowers, trees, shrubs, and hedges Dig, spread, and level soil using shovels, rakes, and other hand tools Water and fertilize lawns and plants Clear debris and remove waste from landscaping areas Uphold landscaping design and ensure plant growth Operate and maintain irrigation systems Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment Landscape Laborer Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in landscaping Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance Able to work in various weather conditions Able to pass a human performance evaluation exercise exam Good communication skills Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record Agree to a background investigation Pass a hair follicle drug test Powered by JazzHR
