We’re hiring a Loan Partner/Loan Officer Assistant who will work directly alongside the #1 Mortgage Broker Team in North Carolina. You will be working with our client database and some of the top real estate agents in the area. If you're looking for a challenge that will allow you to get to the next level in this industry then this is your next career opportunity. $50,000 - $60,000 base plus bonuses, full benefits, profit sharing, pension Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned mortgage loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items• Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork• Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator• Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service Qualifications: • Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment as a mortgage loan officer assistant or similar position• Strong understanding of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred• Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred• Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team• East Coast Time Zone Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base + bonuses About Company: Pathway Mortgage Group is the #1 Mortgage Broker in NC.
