We bring you tomorrow's opportunity, todayVolt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Louisville KY!As a Customer Service Representative - you will be. * This position is a customer service position providing patient support for front-end processing and product support for one or more pharmacy programs. * The Associate Custer Service Representative plays a vital role in patient satisfaction by facilitating their access to pharmacy care. * Individuals in this role should be passionate about providing quality service, possess empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency. * The ideal candidate would be someone who is an effective communicator, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. * All Associate Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accurate and efficient data-entry of patient demographics and case management documentation. * Must be registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy (must be completed within 30 days of acceptance).The ideal candidate will have: * They need to be detailed oriented with strong data entry skills. * Customer services experience minimum 3 years' experience. * Strong customer service. * Must be able to work independently and willing to be cross trained in other areas (including to be on the phones). * Good attendance is a must.This is a Contract opportunity.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pmLocation: Louisville KYDuration: 06 Months Pay: $16/hr - $17/Hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
