A Warren Oil ISO Quality Manager is responsible for quality compliance and adherence to ISO standards to support the productions of quality products. The ISO Quality Manager is responsible for verifying that all processes follow company procedures to prevent issues and support continuous improvement. This position will be based out of West Memphis, AR. Incentives: Fulltime opportunity Competitive pay Benefits ISO Quality Manager Duties: Maintain the ISO Quality Management System Coordinate and conduct internal audits, document control, and corrective action. Customer complaint processing, and continuous improvement activities. Communicate with registrar and coordinate registrar audits. Utilizes Six Sigma and Quality Engineers tools including: Statistical Process Control, Control Charts, Process Capability Studies, etc. to support continuous improvement. Supervise the Quality Department and its employees to insure quality standards are maintained. Transition the facility from their current ISO 9001:2008 standard to ISO 9001:2015 standard ISO Quality Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience Extensive ISO training Auditor accreditation Knowledgeable and experienced in advanced statistical techniques for data analysis Supervisory experience preferred Demonstrated verbal and written communication and computer skills Warren Oil is the largest independent blender and packager of lubricants to the automotive, agriculture, commercial and heavy duty markets in North America. The company operates six manufacturing and packaging facilities, located in North Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Warren Oil markets its lubricants, both conventional and synthetic, domestically and internationally to over forty countries, under the WARREN brand, the LUBRIGUARD brand, the LUBRIGOLD brand and the ITASCA brand. Warren Oil also manufactures and markets private label products for a number of Fortune 500 companies in addition to manufacturing and marketing a full line of automotive and heavy duty chemicals, including anti-freeze and brake fluids, under its proprietary AUTOGUARD brand name.
