What we offer you: * 12 hour shifts 6:45am to 7:00pm or 6:45pm to 7:00am its a 2-2-3 schedule. You would only work 14 days out of the month which gives days during the week for personal business and appointments * Your schedule: Week 1: work Mon and Tue, off Wed and Thurs, work Fri, Sat and Sun; Week 2: off Mon and Tue, work Wed and Thurs, off Fri, Sat and Sun * Paid weekly * Paid lunches and breaks * Benefits package: Medical, dental, vision (after 60 days), 401k with employer match, paid time off, paid holidays start on first day * Steel shoe reimbursement up to $150 on hire. You can also get them when the Vulcan Shoes truck is onsite twice a year, you would pay anything over $150 * Uniforms are provided at no cost to you * We promote from within * Paid weeklyWhat you'll do: * Monitor vision rejections and analyze defects. Incorporate observation into corrective actions through communication with supervisor * Demonstrates the ability to run both a chain and rotary style printer * Verifies all material for each line matches Production Schedule * Consumes raw closures utilizing computer and associated software and documents raw material usage for tracking purposes * Maintains all tools and equipment needed to perform daily tasks in a neat and orderly manner * Perform all required cleaning on ink wells, drums and other equipment used as needed * Perform required machine function and pre-operational checks and visual quality checks on closures throughout the shift. * Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety and HACCP Pre-requisite programs related to activities performed for this position You'll love it here if you: * Like the entire process of printing * Like to monitor machine stops and troubleshooting interruptions down to a root cause * Performing all Preventive Maintenance activities as directedWhat you'll need to have: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment * Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability required.
