About this role We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our Pre-fabrication Warehouse in Burnaby, BC. What does the Prefabrication division do? They are responsible for the mass production of standardized assemblies for our larger construction sites in a controlled environment. This strategy increases site safety, product quality, efficiency/time saving and gives us a competitive edge in the marketplace. Here's how your role will strengthen our team. Your responsibilities Support the Manager, Prefabrication and Warehouse with consistent and high quality administrative work, including the prefabrication workflow Process work orders and inter-divisional invoicing Review and verify time card data and work orders for Payroll submission Data entry, track information, and manage files to ensure accurate up to date databases and spreadsheets Your experience and skills High School diploma 4 years' experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment Experience with bookkeeping, and managing administrative tasks in a warehouse setting, inventory control or fleet coordination Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Experience using JD Edwards or other ERP systems an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organized Customer service focused, with good interpersonal and team working skills Able to manage multiple, competing and changing priorities About Houle As BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future. .
