Here are some key responsibilities of the role: Responsible for leading a team of Store Investigators in the day-to-day activities related to mitigating external theft in stores in alignment with overall Loss Prevention objectives. This role prioritizes work through appropriate scheduling and monitoring of resources based on business need and provides ongoing support and guidance to the team in order to achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness. Supervises a team of store investigators who conduct investigations into external theft and fraud, and includes overseeing all scheduling, labor allocation, payroll, and time & attendance. Trains, develops, and backsses Store Investigators to achieve the best results possible. Sets goals, expectations, reviews performance, ensures development plans are in place for all team members Partners with Analytics Manager to attain data needed to ensure LP Investigations resources, are allocated appropriately for maximum impact, and assists the with identifying and implementing opportunities for continued training, learning, and development within the team Works closely with Store Management teams to obtain feedback and insight on Loss Prevention practices.
