As a General Operative, you will play a crucial role in the engineering department by assisting with a wide range of tasks. You will work closely with the team of engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and installation of mechanical components and systems Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications Operate and maintain machinery and equipment Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed Requirements Previous experience in a similar role preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and techniques Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and develop new skills Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
