Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must have a BS degree with 6+ years of experience or MS degree with 4+ years of experience or PhD degree with 2+ years of experience in Software Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Computer Engineering or related field.6+ years of experience in the following- C++ programming.- Boost libraries.- Python.- Knowledge of EDA views and tools.Preferred Qualifications:6+ years of experience in the following:- Cross platform build experience.- Understanding of software security and its implementation and validation.- Object-oriented programming, algorithms and data structures.- SWIG.- Deep understanding of software build methods and tools.- Ability to debug and optimize complex mixed-language software systems.- Understanding of C++ memory-related issues and mitigation techniques.- Knowledge of gcc toolchain build procedure.- Network programming (sockets, TCP/IP, etc.).- Masters or PhD in Software Engineering or equivalent.
