As a Senior Manager on our Culture & Behaviour team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading them through their complex Organizational Transformation programs. You will be involved in project delivery, focusing on advisory and implementation projects related to driving culture and enabling behaviour change. You will be responsible for innovating and providing client solutions, while bringing forward the latest industry insights and trends. You will mentor and manage junior practitioners, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will be expected to raise any risks or concerns to leaders, collaborating with others on the project to address and mitigate these issues. Additionally, you will contribute to business development efforts by preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and developing proposals (RFP and sole sourced). This role will require cross-functional and cross-stream collaboration, as you will work closely with colleagues from across the firm to deliver. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
