The Manager, Recruitment Services is the lead resource for all recruitment efforts and strategies related to Operations hiring for our E-Commerce business for Voilà Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (posting to selection) as a partner to the business Allocation of all requisitions and requests, team follow up, reporting and performance metrics Identify needs to request enhanced recruitment Marketing requests and monitor their success Assume ownership of the total candidate experience, ensuring all company touch points provide a positive experience for candidates Support key hiring events throughout the year to support the company’s recruitment process and support operations workforce plan Ownership for recruitment projects, initiatives, and programs, while seeking opportunities to improve effectiveness and service levels to clients Relationship Management Manage relationships with all key stakeholders: HR Directors, Voila.
