Key Information: Must have at least 3-5 years in a superintendent role or equivalent experience. Must have at least 10 years of civil construction or equivalent experience. Must be able to operate boring (drilling) equipment for installation of underground utility lines and infrastructure. Underground utilities/Water & Sewer experience is an asset. Hours: Various shifts, project dependent, 12-hour days Must be willing to working evenings and weekends (Various shift rotations) Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Health benefits and vacation pay offered. Job Description: Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned. Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff. Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely. Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization. Direct the overall construction program of the project. Ensure project is meeting construction schedule. Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site. Experience and Certifications: A minimum of 3-5 years in a Superintendent role or equivalent experience required.
