Assist Guests to their table and accommodate any special requests. Leverage your strong communication skills to relay important information to Guests and your team. Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries. Set tables according to event order, clients’ specifications and Stanley Park Pavillion standards. Set rooms for functions that have food venues required. Collaborate with service staff to ensure effective communication about available seating options. Anticipate guests’ needs (I. e. offer highchairs for young children). Assist with and coordinate restaurant set up and closing duties. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Perform other related duties as assigned.
