That's where we start.Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator in Northfield, MN.Temperature Controlled - Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit or Money Cards - Great Company CultureAs a Machine Operator you will: * Review production schedules, process procedures and specifications regarding the sequential start-up, operation and control of automated equipment and peripheral hardware. * Monitor the operation of the automated equipment and peripheral hardware. Initiates adjustments to ensure that the automated equipment and peripheral hardware operate within the established control limits. * Inspect quality levels of production on the automated equipment and peripheral hardware. Makes adjustments to equipment or hardware when workmanship drops below quality specifications. Initiate rework/repair activities on product that is substandard to the specifications. * Record data required for statistical process control or inventory management. * Perform preventive maintenance on the automated equipment and peripheral hardware at specified intervals and schedules. * Perform sequential shutdown, including the cleaning of the automated equipment or peripheral hardware. This is a full-time opportunity.Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Attendance * Basic Math * Read and interpret instructions. * Prior forklift/pallet jack and other motorized equipment exp. preferredExperience with the following is a plus: * Machine Operator * Slitters * Mixers * Prior use of food mixing machines a plus!Pay Rate: $19.70 - $20.70 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
