Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night Job requirements: Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years OR Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety Work setting Restaurant Urban area Responsibilities Tasks Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment Experience and specialization Cuisine specialties Canadian Additional information Security and safety Bondable Transportation/travel information Public transportation is available Personal suitability Flexibility Reliability Who can apply to this job?
