Role Overview: As a key member of our management and delivery team, you will harness performance data, creative insights, and market research to oversee development of compelling performance ads aimed at driving client revenue growth. As a Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for multiple clients. You'll work collaboratively across teams to create top-performing ads, drive creative decision-making, and grow revenue for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is highly strategic, consumer-obsessed, and passionate about producing effective creative that sells. Applicants should have a drive to understand 'What makes a winning ad? ' for clients across a breadth of industries. In one of the highest-leverage roles at BM Digital, the Creative Strategist will analyze data sets, debrief creative delivery teams on performance, work with copywriters to produce briefs to be turned into ads, review consumer research, and provide direction and guidance across team functions. Core Responsibilities: Own creative strategy for assigned clients and be responsible for their performance and revenue growth. Be a leading voice able to tie together quantitative and creative insights into high-impact decision making leading to revenue growth. Collaborate directly with the creative team and copywriters to write scripts, produce videos, and give strategic and creative notes, evaluating copy and visuals from a consumer perspective. .
