We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of six Housing Options Advisor , on an interim contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate : £32 per hour Umbrella OR £24 per hour PAYE Work Location This is depended on the team you will join, for instance for Making Decision Team it's WFH with occasional visit to Kettering office whilst for New Cases team, its 3 days WFH and 2 days in Kettering Office Summary: To make decisions in line with Part VII of the Housing Act following the end of the Relief period. You will make main duty decisions under s193 or intentionally homeless decisions. This may involved face to face interviews. Triage and complete relevant homelessness enquires to determine if a duty is owed. This involves gathering information and interviewing homeless approaches. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
