Our services include architecture, building surveying, building services engineering, planning, interior design, sustainability, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, CDM and health and safety services. My client has offices in London, Billericay, Cambridge, Colchester, Norwich, Oxford, and Nottingham and plan to open further sites in the future to develop our national service. The Role: My client is currently recruiting a Building Surveyor to join the London office. The role will provide an efficient and effective building surveying service to the Practice, and its clients. The selected candidate will. Act as building surveyor on a variety of project and professional services projects from inception to completion, liaising with team members and others as necessary. To deliver services in a variety of sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential block management, public sector etc. Complete tasks as assigned by the team leader. Help prepare specifications and documents to enable projects to be tendered and to gain accurate costs from contractors. backss tenders and make recommendations to clients. Assist in preparation of any necessary building regulation or planning applications and monitor and deal with as necessary through discussions with the necessary authorities. Chair and minute Project Progress Meetings. Deliver all administration of the construction contract. Undertake building surveyor inspections for schedules of dilapidations, PPMs, condition surveys, pre: acquisition building surveys, defect analysis. Prepare reports with the support of team lead and.
