Trainer backssor – Forest and Arboriculture Part time, 0.6FTE, 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year£29,403 - £31,350 per annum pro rata This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to share their knowledge and skills with students, helping them to maximize their potential and progress towards future study and/or employment whilst also growing the vocational area within the college. The successful candidate is likely to be professionally qualified in the subject area with relevant industry experience and have a real passion for the subject, the vocation and for inspiring young people to reach their potential. Experience of training and/or backssment would of course be a real asset, but we are happy to mentor and support the successful applicant; (including free access to formally recognised teaching and backssing qualifications) to ensure that practice is highly effective. The role is likely to include training and backssing 16–18-year-old students and adults, working alongside another member of staff and will be based in our dedicated land-based campus at Easton College in the village of Easton, close to Norwich and main transport routes of the A47 and A11.
