Standards and quality driven, with great attention to detail. Have an impactful first impression and a warm and approachable customer manner. Front of house presence is essential, as is a big personality and buckets of charm. Strong with H&S, rota planning, ordering and stock management. Training focused, along with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team. A great motivator with a hands-on work ethic and established sense of responsibility.
