The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will play a key role in handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation matters. MA experience is beneficial. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with excellent professional recommendations, are essential for this role.
