Job Overview:The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will be responsible for handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation matters. MA experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and have excellent professional recommendations.
