Reporting to the assigned Shift Manager, the Team Lead Administration is responsible for the administrative support of Bill Sobeys Retail Support Centre (RSC) including but not limited to data entry, report compilation, general correspondence. file maintenance and administrative duties as assigned. The Team Lead Administration will lead a team of admin employees to ensure the site is supported appropriately. Actively contribute to a positive, productive, and safe working environment. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Provide employees with instruction, information, supervision, and facilities to encourage ongoing safe work practices • Maintain integrity of EXE productivity, WMS, Kronos, Payroll and SAP. • Maintain integrity of health and safety checklists and inspections • Participate on the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee as required • Work with Team Leads and Managers to identify problems and work to make improvements • Comply with all RSC audit expectations (OH&S, etc. ) • Contribute.
