General Manager – Awesome Venue, Bahrain We have been retained by this food & guest focused company who have a stunning venue opening towards the end of 2024We are looking for a strong GM to bring food & cultural experiences to life for our guests, readers and clients. This busy, diverse operation will need someone who ideally has worked in Bahrain before but we will also consider those with strong UAE experience, wanting to relocate to Bahrain What we are looking for in our ideal candidate High School Diploma required - Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of seven to ten 7-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in a high - volume restaurant, ideally with multiple units Bahrain experience preferred or UAE experience 6+years considered too Proficient in Windows MS Office, Open Table, Outlook Knowledge of POS and back office reporting systems, operations, fine dining procedures, and beverage service, special events and banquets Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls as itapplies to bar product Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labour, and health code regulations Salary package offered: BD4000 inclusive of allowances plus standard benefits like flight, medical etc Get in touch: xyz X@.
