Job Title: General Manager Germany Location: Berlin, Germany Salary: around €100,000 - €120,000 per year Start date approx. Sept 2024We are working with a vibrant 360 street food company. Not only they operate but train other business to grow They are very famous in the UK and are expanding tremendously to some of the biggest capitals in the world Now it´s time to bring their concept to Germany and is looking for a Managing Director to be in charge of the whole launching of the new and first places in Berlin and Hamburg This is an exciting role, full of challenges and growth. This is not an operational role Your will: Being involved in the whole setup of the team, including hiring 100-120 people Lead and coach the team to help them develop Manage 2 sites of around 25,000 metres sqr Travelling to the sites to catch up with team and maintain relationships. Responsible for monitoring the service quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards Deal with local authorities and tax lawyers Prepare reports and involved in budgets and forecasts Reporting to the Head office in London Act as a consultant for the German market Being part of future expansion plans and new openings Embrace the brand and promote it Negotiate rates with suppliers, as well, as find them You are/have: Graduated from a Hospitality Management studies Several years of experience in a multi-site environment of big and fast-paced operations Knowledge of F&B operations, ideally in the birdtail world Commercial mindset Both a team leader and a team player with high social competence Fluent command of English and German is a must Experience in the German market You get Competitive salary Fantastic career progression Get to launch a successful business in a new country Job Title: General Manager Germany Location: Berlin, Germany Salary: around €100,000 - €120,000 per year Start date approx.
