The team manage a combination of EL/PL and OL work at various levels and are seeking a new addition to the team who is experienced in EL/PL work in Manchester. A Manchester based law firm are seeking an experienced personal injury litigator to manage EL/PL matters as part of a specialist non-RTA personal injury team. The team manage a combination of EL/PL and OL work at various levels and are seeking a new addition to the team who is experienced in EL/PL work in Manchester. The role will suit an EL/PL fee earner who has been managing a litigated caseload of claimant personal injury matters to include EL/PL – but strong EL/PL fee earners from a defendant personal injury background may also be considered. This role will involve managing a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to completion and requires strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in client care management. The firm pride themselves on delivering a first-class service to victims of a personal injury and as such are dedicated to recruiting personal injury lawyers that share their passion for the work that they do. This position will allow you to develop your litigation experience beyond fast-track work and gain access to multi track matters.
