DescriptionCragun's Resort is looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to keep the Marina day to day operations functioning in support and in absence of the Marina Manager. This is an incredibly hands-on position that will allow you interact with guests, employees, and other departments.Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the department by organizing the daily functions as needed, leading by example in being proactive with duties, and is reliable in the absence of the Marina Manager * Assists manager as needed with marketing special events related to the marina * Assists with installation and removal of docks, cleaning of marina equipment, and maintenance as needed * Follows and ensures appropriate accounting procedures for closing and balancing cash registers, credit card charges and miscellaneous receipts * Has awareness of inventory levels and knowledge of our ordering process * Responsible for the understanding of marina business, compliance of laws, ordinances, rules and regulation governing the Marina operation * All other tasks and duties as assignedRequirements * Previous supervisory experience a plus *but not required * Outdoor knowledge and passion desired * Able to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner * Must be personable, enthusiastic, and organized * Ability to work independently * Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Must have valid driver's license * Have a Snowmobile Safety Certification and Boater Safety Certificate **or have the ability to obtain themWe are excited and willing to train someone who is interested in leading a small team and is passionate about the outdoors, Cragun's, and positive guest experiences!
