Job Summary: Rugs USA is seeking a Merchandising Operations Associate to execute the set-up and creation of new products within our Product Information System (PIM). This person will be responsible for reviewing product specifications, completing import templates, and optimizing attribution to ensure data is customer-facing. Essential Job Functions: Perform new SKU creation for a subset of our rug assortment Own and maintain product catalog attribution, ensuring best-in-class Product Detail Page (PDP) and Product Landing Page (PLP) content Partner with Buying, Creative Studio, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams to conduct the necessary data auditing to confirm item information is accurate and the customer experience is seamless Work closely with our Customer Service team to timely respond to product inquiries, aiding in the customer's search for the perfect rug Collaborate with the Site Experience team to surface relevant product information that will enhance the customer journey Relentlessly maintain a deep understanding of our growing product assortment and organizational priorities to deliver appropriate representation on-site You Have: A Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in DTC Merchandising, eCommerce, or Catalog Management Proficiency with Excel and demonstrates the ability to manipulate large sets of data Preferred experience in home furnishings/furniture Experience working with Salsify and Shopify is a plus Attention to detail with an ability to identify errors, maintain data hygiene, and suggest solutions Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Team-first attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Your Life and Career at Rugs USA: A fully remote culture that promotes a healthy work/life balance Benefits package offered to all eligible full-time employees (including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) Exposure to career advancement opportunities across all departments Monthly wellness stipend, and more! The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$80,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the likely salary opportunity for a new hire in this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
