This organisation is currently searching for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Based just a few miles from the M1 & M62 motorways in LEEDS, the successful Receptionist will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Wetherby, Dewsbury and Halifax. Key responsibilities of the Receptionist will include: Answering and directing incoming calls appropriately, including effective use of the internal switchboard. Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and ensuring that arrival & departure procedures are met General administration and making travel arrangements for visitors as and when required Working Hours of the Receptionist: 37 Hours per week, across a Monday to Friday pattern: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday In return, the Receptionist will receive: Renumeration: £13.00 per hour £25,350.00 per annum Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days pro-rata Contract Length: 2 Weeks – potentially extended.
