Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled Graphic Artist with expertise in laser engraving to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sense coupled with technical proficiency in laser engraving technologies. This role demands creativity and precision, as you will design and produce detailed engravings that meet our high standards of craftsmanship and style. Key Responsibilities: Create original graphic designs and detailed artwork for engraving on metal surfaces, primarily silver and gold. Operate laser engraving machines with precision to produce high-quality and intricate designs that reflect our brand’s aesthetics. Work closely with clients to develop custom designs, ensuring each piece meets the client’s expectations and maintains artistic integrity. Adjust laser settings effectively for different materials to ensure the best finish and maintain the highest quality of work. Manage multiple design projects from concept through production, ensuring adherence to deadlines without compromising on quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in graphic design and laser engraving technology to incorporate innovative practices into processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills. Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent attention to detail, with a strong aesthetic sense suitable for luxury goods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a team and clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of 3D modeling software. Experience in a luxury goods or fine jewelry environment. Familiarity with traditional Western motifs and designs. (Preferred) Demonstrated experience in laser engraving, particularly with precious metals.
