Summary: Ref #: A-LPN-46876 Profession: Licensed Practical Nurse Specialty: Behavioral Health Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: Brattleboro, VT Shift Schedule: 12 hrs per day; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Shift Type: Days Rate: Travel: $55.6/hour Weekly: $2,002/36-hours Requirements: Some Psych/Behavioral Health Experience Willing to float to other units Willing to take charge LPN shifts COVID vaccination and booster Resume Skills checklist (within 1 year) 2 supervisory references fromlast 2 years of employment Certifications -certifications dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain License-confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain CPI- offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with. Anyscheduling requests must be presented in the submission file. Vermont license BLS (AHA)
