We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Candidates for this position must be active, imaginative, and consistent in their commitment to assist our guests. If this describes you, we'd want to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads Qualifications: • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED About Company: Located along I-285 in Perimeter Center, we're eight minutes from North Springs Transit Station. Northside Hospital Atlanta and Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital are 10 minute's drive. Downtown is 14 miles away.
