Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine/Graphic Arts, or Programming, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the graphics field or eight (8) years’ experience in the graphics field providing/applying the principles of visual design, using software tools in use by MAWTS-1; Office Suite, HTML, XML, Adobe, and Articulate Storyline.Possess three (3) years documented experience working with LMS; functional knowledge and experience working in a SharePoint environment, possess demonstrated working knowledge of ICW design and strategy, including SCORM methodology;Documented/verified experience may be substituted for the above requirements if deemed equivalent by the Government.
