In this role you will support the Source Operations and Management component in Springfield, VAWhat You'll Be Doing:--- Assist in reviewing communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions. * Assist with editing briefs, projects, and concept plans while assisting other members of the Communications Team. * Generate talking points for Source leadership and communication products such as (but not limited to) Source leadership corporate correspondence, briefings, white papers, and position papers. * Assist with the drafting of Issues memoranda, briefings, and design documents as required. * Assist with SBEC communication business process. * Assist with the development of the strategic communications plan for Source. * Assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisionsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:--- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience * TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph) * Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions. * Demonstrated experience leading task team's efforts. * Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process. * Demonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences. * Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment. * Demonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite. * Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites What Desired Skills You'll Bring:--- CI Polygraph * Experience working at NGAMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions teamOur Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globeOur diverse, intelligent employees drive the state of the art as they provide services and solutions in the areas of defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmentalWe promote a culture of excellence and close-knit teams that take pride in delivering, protecting, and sustaining our nation's most critical assets, from Earth to cyberspaceThroughout the company, our people are anticipating what's next to deliver the solutions our customers need nowWe value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!
