Learning Development Associate needs 3+ years experienceLearning Development Associate requires:Bachelors degree or higher in technology management, information systems, computer science, learning technology, instructional design, performance technology, or related programsDemonstrated expertise in automation workflow and dashboard tools such as Power Automate, Flow and Power BIExpertise with DAX Language programming for PowerBI dashboardsDriven person wanting to improve organizational outcomesSelf Starter who has a passion for technology, learning, data analysis and continual improvementEffective problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve business and organizational problemsDemonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, using good judgment, and managing complexityDemonstrated ability to effectively work in a collaborative environment and build trust with internal and external business partnersDemonstrated ability to scope and lead projectsExpertise with learning management systems, server content management and learning content delivery toolsLearning Development Associate duties:Process and Workflow AutomationDevelop, edit and maintain automated workflows through Power Apps or Microsoft Flow.Provide ownership and maintenance support of current workflow solutions and SharePoint lists.Provide guidance regarding cross-functional Global L&D automation projects.Collaborate with internal automation teams as necessary to aid in the development of workflow solutions and dashboards.
