Description:
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Conway Arkansas area to find a Quality Manager for their team! This role will lead the Quality program at the plant including processes and quality personnel. This job will have the following responsibilities: Manage all quality systems and programs at the plant levelManage all QC employees including hourly and leads, development and training of all employeesEnsure quality standards are maintained at all levelsComply with general company standard operating proceduresMaintain and utilize data, identifying and reporting trendsCommunicate with members of management across all departments, maintaining constant updates on product issues and production line issuesEnsure all regulations are met across the plantSupport the manufacturing process, including validation of new processes, develop and implement inspection and test methodsMaintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors Degree5+ years of Quality Supervision or Management experienceExperience in metals, plastics, packaging, or paper industries
