Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience : 4 year(s) of Workday product experience Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science Certification(s) Preferred : Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Workday Core Financials, Core HCM, Supply Chain Management and/or Engagement Manager certification Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs: Implementing and configuring Workday Supply Chain Management modules, including procurement, inventory, and supplier management; Analyzing business processes and requirements to develop effective Workday solutions; Providing advice and supporting on Workday SCM functionalities and industry-leading practices; Collaborating with stakeholders to provide seamless integration of Workday SCM with other systems; Supporting clients with the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into Workday; Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users; Managing and executing project plans, delivering timely and quality outcomes; Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Workday SCM implementations; Preparing concise, polished deliverables, collaborating across teams as needed; Providing recommendations based on leading practices and relevant industry Supply Chain experience; Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules; Identifying and addressing client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials; Participating and leads client discussions and meetings; Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and, Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
