We are seeking a motivated attorney with 5-7 years of experience working on the defense of employment litigation matters. We continually strive toward maintaining a balanced group of talent that accurately reflects the clients which we serve.Requirements: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California 5-7 years of experience working on the defense of employment litigation matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation Prior experience working on the defense of class actions and PAGA claims is a plus Ability to work independently with limited supervision Compensation: The annual base salary for this position starts at $150,000 – $175,000 (the company is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate will receive is dependent on a variety of factors) Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $29,000 Benefits: A variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (some at no cost to the employee!)
